Like apple pie in a glass! This cozy, spiced smoothie combines crisp apples, warming cinnamon, and hearty oats for a comforting breakfast that's still light and healthy.
Ingredients
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Chop the Apple
Wash your apple well. Core it and chop it into chunks. Leave the skin on for extra fiber and nutrients!
